Meanwhile, everyone's afraid to fuck up the Costco Vision measurement. ;)

My excuse is that I'm at work...

I'm Costco Vision as well. Have a sick kid at home and haven't gotten a chance to get outside to measure this evening.

I didn't have a great measuring device but looks like 128" for top and bottom of my Large BGE

I just measured the outside circumference of my Costco Vision and it's looking like 71.5" x 2 (143")

I'm assuming outside circumference is what we would want to use?

Might want to confirm this size with a few different people before making the final decision.

I just did a measurement as well and I agree that outside circumference at the seam is what we want.

I went through the hinges but around the closure post (to get a small fudge factor) and got 72" x 2 = 144"

Should cut them 6" to 12" longer to allow for some wiggle room. I'm still working but can be a third measure for Vision Classic later tonight.

EDIT: just noticed your note that you were adding a foot.

I'm thinking $25-$30/.

We should have 50'+ left over.

Sandy, I'll be down for a quick pick up trip on Saturday morning. Do you think we'll be able to touch base then for me to pick up and pay?

Jeff, I may be able to save you a trip since you're coming to my place anyway and I'm going to try to pick my gasket up from Sandy tomorrow at lunch.
