No problem. Call that Dutchman. He might bring some to the market for you.

We've got more than we'll ever use (before it expires) in pill form if you want some.

Sure! I probably just need a pill or 2 to give it a try.

Let me know when/where I can get it from you.

Thanks, I pay in beer!

I'd be up for trading up some beer to get some Rennet too if you've got some to spare.

Looks like I'll be at the H&T tonight if you'll be around. If not we can sort it out sometime. I'm not sure how much I've got to spare - but at least 10 - so I'm sure there's enough for you to have some too.

How did it go with the rennet and cheese-making? I'm looking at making some cheese too. Might have a source for this CHY-MAX powder:

My first attempt worked fine. I just way underestimated the amount of salt I would need and so it was pretty bland. I haven't got around to a second go at it yet.

I had the same results as Tim, although mine also didn't stretch nearly as much as i was hoping so its a little crumbly. What instructions did you use Tim?

My recipe was in an old copy of Brew your Own magazine. Sometime in 2009 I think.

I'd have to double check, but I know that I have somewhere between 10-20 rennet tablets that I've used for making cheese. I've temporarily gotten out of cheese making due to time constraints with other businesses, so if anyone wants them, they are yours. I'd just hate to see them go to waste.

I'd like to try and make some Mozzerella with my boys so they understand the process. @canuck, do you have any tablets left?

Thanks
