Hi everyone,
My meat smoking buddy suggested I post on this forum that I will have plenty of pork available after next weekend. My 5 Berkshire crosses are going in to be "processed" next week. They are fed ridiculous amounts of apples, pumpkins, grain mix, and whatever else they find on their own. They live very fat happy lives.
'm in Bridgewater, Annapolis and Hrm, so I can meet you if you're interested. Here is what I have available:
Pork belly: 4.00/lb
Chops: 5.00/lb
Shoulders: 5.00/lb
Tenderloin: 12.00/lb
Ground pork: 4.50/lb
Roasts: 5-10/lb
Back ribs:
Spare ribs:
Ham: I will turn them all into ground, but ifsomeone wants to do a ham, let me know.
If anyone is interested, my email is dan.ian.ross@gmail.com

FWIW, the last pork shoulder roast I did was from my Berkshire, and was declared best roast ever.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
