double smoking bacon question
Is it as easy as smoking it once, letting it cool, then smoking it again?

To further your question, how about cold smoke then hot smoke some period of time after?

Re: double smoking bacon question
Nobody knows wtf TubberRoe is on about but yes, smoke it once to 135 f only. Refrigerate overnight then smoke again to 145 f. It's that easy. Doesn't really get better than single smoked, but it can I guess. I like to smoke mine low and slow starting at 100 f or so and slowly ramping up to get a solid 4 - 5 hrs smoke on it until it's almost black and up to about 140 f. Double smoking that doesn't help or make it better. It's already there
