Wife and kids raved about this

1/2 cabbage
1 carrot
1/4 red onion
1 tsp salt / sugar/ pepper / garlic powder / Paprika.
1/4 malt vinegar
1/4c cider vinegar
1/2c olive oil

What did you use for a sauce/liquid?
Kegged:
Bottled: Chocolate Orange Stout, Barkshack Sparkling Ginger Mead, Cherry Berliner
Fermenting: Fruit (havent decided yet) Lambic
Considering: Imperial Chocolate Raspberry Stout, Fir Tip Ale

Looks like the one I use. Try a yolk and pinch of mustard to get a little emulsion going with the oil before adding the other stuff.
Imma have to make some now!

i like green apple in mine and usually some chunky mustard in the dressing.
