Fried eggs on food

Post by mr x » Tue Jul 19, 2011 4:16 pm

I don't like it. Every other week I see a recipe that ends with a soft-fried egg thrown on top of food - pasta, salad, burgers, etc...WTF? :wtf: :thumbdown:
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Definitely a fad I think. I'm not much for it either—I've not found a dish yet that it really adds anything to (other than bacon and eggs of course).

I was just flipping through my copy of BeerWest, and came across this:
http://www.beerwestmag.com/recipes/link ... e-salad-2/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I guess I'm missing the link between 'very basic', and something I'd pay for... :sick:

I don't see the problem - ain't nothing can't be improved with a fried egg!
Currently on tap: Nothing!
In keg: Still nothing.
In Primary: Doggone American Rye Pale Ale
