Fried eggs on food

I don't like it. Every other week I see a recipe that ends with a soft-fried egg thrown on top of food - pasta, salad, burgers, etc...WTF? :wtf: :thumbdown:

Definitely a fad I think. I'm not much for it either—I've not found a dish yet that it really adds anything to (other than bacon and eggs of course).

I've seen poached-eggs on a bunch of dishes.... but fried eggs are a new one.

Yup. They make them at the H&T all the time, just not for customers :lol: :lol: :lol:
