Hey everyone,
I've got a fun predicament and I don't know many beer nerds who could offer help. I'm planning a wedding beer to be ready early October and have been growing fresh hops to put in, and am looking for some feedback and suggestions.
This year I'm growing Galena, Centennial and Chinook which are growing really well (2nd year, 20ft so far). There are some Mt Hood and Cascade hops (first year) which probably won't amount to much.
I was thinking of some kind of amber pale ale or IPA for a late august brew, something that would appeal to a bunch of beer fans that highlights the hops.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Any tried and true recipes you've enjoyed?
Thanks all!

Re: Suggestions/guidance for October beer
I make a cascade red ale every year with my fresh hops. It's my standard red recipe but whirlpool with all of my fresh hops for an hour at just under 180f. The wet hops fade after a few weeks so I drink as fresh as I can
