Too bad some didn't make it down this way...would have liked to try it.

Me too. Not sure if I'll ever see any. I have people in the area who said they might get some for me, but I didn't like the look of that crowd. There's enough people there to drink several breweries dry.

If I manage to get some, I might give you a shout.

When I brewed there they did send me two bottles of Doc's foot, but only after I asked them a few times.

Thanks for the info Tim. The beer seems to have disappeared from the Beau's site this morning. It was in the coming soon section, so must be sold out. I don't think I will ask them to send any. They were good enough to give my family and I T-shirts and a crate of their beer, nice lunch, free run of the beer taps, paid for B&B etc. and were so hospitable when we were there. I am more interested in what the people there thought about it. The only way to tell that reliably would be to wait and see if they make any more of it. If I do end up with a few bottles, I would like to ask Jeff Pinhey to evaluate it for sure. He sent me a judging sheet with high scores after drinking a bottle of the very first batch from Keith’s first Christmas exchange. He would know if it was better, or not as good as, the original Working Man.

Like when you went there (http://www.brewnosers.org/forums/viewto ... t=Beau%27s" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) It won't be the same beer because of necessary substitutions, due to non-availability of certain ingredients in the organic form. There was no Marris Otter for example and more crystal made its way in there. I pondered over the chemistry and the substitutions long and hard and had many discussions with them before the brew. I think they did leave it on the yeast as I suggested, trying to emulate my keg conditioning thing. The whole experience was really great though and I got want I wanted from it …and then some.

If you're interested in the comments and ratings of a bunch of beer drinkers, I see that Punch Clock has 70 check-ins on Untappd. Though I'd take it all with a grain of salt because I've seen some pretty stupid ratings on there.

That's very interesting. Thanks!!!! I signed up and had a look. I haven't been on there before: https://untappd.com/b/beau-s-all-natura ... ck/1746152" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Their Flagship beer "Lug Tread" has a rating of 3.65. Punch clock 3.48. Looks close.
