IPA not getting the taste I want....Help!
So I did an IPA kit from Everwood Ave Brew and dry hopped it with 3 ounces of Citra Hop, but really not getting a ton of taste. Did I do something wrong during brewing? Issues fermenting?? I put a couple of bottles in the fridge last night and just had them this afternoon maybe fridge too cold? Any help would be great.

My understanding and experience with dry hopping is more for aroma...the smell rather than the taste. I'm thinking you'may not used enough hops in your boil, as that's where the hoppiness shines through. And I've used (and use) Everwood recipes almost exclusively both all grain and extract and they've always held true to form. Maybe two ounces of those citras should've gone in the boil instead of dry hopping. Just my $.02 worth though...

How long has it been from brew day to when you drank it? I assume you're bottle carbing?

3oz isn't much for a dry hop addition if you're looking for a hop bomb.
When I brew my IPA, I use 1lb of flameout hops and 1lb of dry hops for a 10 gallon batch. You don't need to use that much, but I suspect the recipe is just lacking the overall amount of hops you'll need for a true hop bomb.

Agreed....flameout/whirlpool/dry hop in large expensive quality for that hop bomb
