Hop stopper

Post by Graham.C » Wed Jan 04, 2012 4:12 pm

I want to build a hop-stopper for to limit turb. I'm going to order some SS wire cloth to build something similar to what was being posted about a month or so ago, and I was wondering what mesh size should I focus on?

There's a roll of stainless mesh being handed around, courtesy of the X man. Better than ordering it!

I've got what's left of it. How much do you need?

Hmmm, seems i'm running a bit low. Take what's left of that roll and decide what you need and split it up. Jmac was looking for some too.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

It's not expensive from McMaster-Carr. It might be best if I just order a cubic foot of it on the group buy.

Cubic foot, dang, that's going to bring the weight right up! I'd say keep it in square feet. ;)

If we could only get them using SI, Kyle...

Nobody accidentally orders a cubic metre of anything twice.
Currently on tap: Whiter Shade of Pale!
