Holy fermentation!

Just did my first rack directly onto a yeast cake. This was easily the fastest and most vigorous fermentation I've ever seen. Took off in under 2 hours.

"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Yup, they'll do that.
