Really really nice. Looks like you will be busy, but maybe later...would you be able to say what they all are, from left to right please. I'm only really sure about the middle two, and maybe the one on the left is a boiler. Holding tanks there? No mash tun there right? or wrong? Did you order them in from the States?

From left to right....Brite Tank, Mash Tun, Hopback, Fermenter, Fermenter, Hot Liquor Tank, Boil Kettle. I ordered all of this from Stout Tanks & Kettles in Portland, OR.GuingesRock wrote:Really really nice. I'm not sure how you plan to finish things, but I'd consider keeping that gyp-rock off the floor.

It will be in the end, things aren't even remotely close to being finished at this point.mr x wrote:I'm not sure how you plan to finish things, but I'd consider keeping that gyp-rock off the floor.

Are you tiling the floor? are you going to have a drain ?

Re: Hammond River Brewing
Stupid question but with the amount of steam that will likely be produced wouldn't a mold resistant drywall be a better idea?

Re: Hammond River Brewing
Yes to the drain, but the concrete floor will probably be painted instead of tiled. Walls will be tiled though.hebertovich wrote:canuck wrote:It will be in the end, things aren't even remotely close to being finished at this point.mr x wrote:I'm not sure how you plan to finish things, but I'd consider keeping that gyp-rock off the floor.

Re: Hammond River Brewing
To meet fire regulations here and pass fire inspection, I needed to use 5/8" fire coded drywall to create a 1 hour separation from my brewery and the rest of my house.dexter wrote:Stupid question but with the amount of steam that will likely be produced wouldn't a mold resistant drywall be a better idea?

Is this in the trade section. I have a nice BIAB pot with a cooling coil. I'll throw in the car maybe too. Can we talk?
