good day!
i have a large ziplock full of frozen blackberrys i picked in the summer, looking to add them to my next belgian ale, wondering what the best process would be? Would i need to process the berries in anyway? maybe a food processor and stain them in cheesecloth? i have done a few using the blueberry extract from NG and they came out fantastic, just wondering how i can best use all my blackberries.....

Update!
I mashed the crap out of them, cheesecloth and added to the boil.
Bottling in 2 weeks, stay tuned for an update
