a long shot, but I figured I would check. I need another pack of Wyeast 1056, but US-05 would probably also suffice

I just checked my fridge and I'm all out. I used to always have 1-2 packs of US-05 handy just in case.

Thanks... we decided to pitch what we have an add a little more tomorrow.. gravity came in a little lower than expected, so we should be fine. appreciate the advice.
