I'm having a hard time trying to get my hands on a stainless steel flare fitting/adaptor, 1/4" MNPT to 3/8" SAE Male Flare.
I just need one of the bastards to finish off my latest project here in the lab.

have you tried fairview fittings?
I doubt that they have them in stainless... but they should have it in brass to get you by for now.

You can try TTL Supply or Transworld-Distributing in Dartmouth.

Was there any particular reason you needed flare? I have lots of Swagelok adapters.

I was adapting a new keg that wasn't originally created to accept ball lock posts.
In order to have the poppits work correctly, flare was the only thing that did the trick.
Not sure if there was an easier way, but it did the trick.
