any deals out there?

Post by maestro » Mon Oct 02, 2017 1:51 pm

Hey all,

My in-laws are coming from Ontario in about 3 weeks. I'm looking if there are any deals on can kits out there on sale in Halifax/Dartmouth. Or does someone have a cheap extract kit they like? I'm partial to IPA's and Pilsners.

Any help would be appreciated.

Everwood sells canned pre-hopped extract...partial extract kits, and has recipes using only extract. pop into the shop and I'm sure Mike or Dave can help you out.

Not sure about deals, but any festa brew kit should give you what you're looking for. Everwood, Noble grape, or Maritime wine carry them
On tap: Hopped Mead, ESB, Schwazbier
Coming up: Altbier
Fermenting: Maibock
Planned: NEIPA, NZ Pils, Oyster Stout

You'll never open a can again if you ferment a Festa or Brewhouse. All grain...but if you want some actual brewing experience, try a partial extract or one of Dave's extracts from Everwood...
At Bat: several Czech Pils
On Deck: Cream Ale
In the Hole: Kolsch
Clean Up: Tall Ships Ale clones
On tap: Propeller Pils, Festa Cream Ale
