wort recirculation question

I want to start recirculating my wort during mash (2.5G EBIAB set up) but I don't have a lid for my brew kettle.
If i just add a SS Tee into the top part of my kettle (with PT 100 Sensor) and just use silicone hose into kettle would that cause any issues or is better to use some sort of sparge arm?

I've seen silicone tubing used as a "sparge arm" and I'll probably be doing just that until I can build something else. Just try not to let it channel the wort into the top of your grain bed. Either by plugging the tube and punching holes in it (to sprinkle) or put a perforated pan on top of the grain or something like that.

Thanks Rob, never thought of punching holes in the tubing. Also may look at the using loc lines.

I use locline for my sparge arm. Works really well.
