Hi,

Just bottled my first brew on Friday night. While I have no reason to think it will be under carbonated, if I open a bottle and it's not carbonated to my liking, is there any reason I couldn't or shouldn't give it a shot of C02 with my Soda Stream? Just curious. Thanks!

definitely do not carbonate it with a soda stream. I tried it when I first started and covered my whole kitchen when I unscrewed the bottle. Beer foams up more than water.
