Chocolate Coffee stout.
On days like this I’m glad I Brew indoors with the Grainfather, but I do heat my mash and sparge water outside with propane. It’s pretty chilly out there.

Whirlpooling a Blonde/Cream Ale in prep for NFL playoffs. 75% Pale Malt, 25% flaked corn and lots of late Centennial. Should be a nice crushable one.

Maxing out the kettle with 55L of oatmeal stout! Got it boiling nicely without boiling over too! Cold water in a spray bottle works a treat for controlling the foam at the start of the boil!

Mid boil on an APA. First brew on my "new" rig. Overshot my gravity by lots! Probably be an IPA now. Kinks to iron out.

2nd brew in 3 days. The chocolate coffee stout from 2 days ago is chugging away in the fermenter and today is a hoppy IPA with Citra, Simcoe and Falconer’s Flight.

Brewed a Cascade SMaSH last Saturday, while it was -23C!! I'm using BIAB and surprisingly with the help from an old sleeping bag was able to maintain the temperature at around 152 most of the mash (had to turn on the burner for about a minute at 40 min, but no issues).

Taking a crack at 12 gallons of Flanders Red. Just emptied my barrel of Belgian triple yesterday so gonna do primary in there.

It's gonna be a beauty day for outside brewing.

Just starting the boil on an Oktoberfest and a Dunkel! Didn’t do a decoctation mash for either maybe next time around.

Brewed up my star anise stout today. Sweet day for brewing and everything went as expected. First time using wlp007, expecting great things from this yeast

Mashing an AIPA right now. 2 row, honey malt and a small amount of choc malt for colour. US-05 and Chinook hops. I see that there are a lot of pics from brewers on brew day. My computer won't recognize my phone, so until I can get a 10 year old to take a look at it, no pics.

Brewed up an Oatmeal Stout last night, decided to use the yeast cake from Kolsch since I was too lazy to make a starter with my Pin Cherry yeast.

Fermenting: Brett Saison 2022, Schwarzbier, APA, Sour Brown,
Coming up: American Wheat (Fruited), Vienna Lager, Dortmunder
Bottled: Brett Saison 2020, Brett Saison 2021, Baltic Porter
