Brewing RIS - from jmacdonald’s recipe from the beer exchange in 2017. Pushing the robobrew to the max.
Gonna keg age for a year as well. If it comes out 1/2 as good as the original. I’ll be stoked.

Adding 5.5kg of peaches to my sour base today. It's my first fruit sour so we will see how this goes.

Base beer was the Sour American out of the American Sour Beers book.Image

I brewed 10 gallons of my Cities of the Plain APA yesterday but this time, I pitched a pack of Voss Kveik from Escarpment Labs instead of US-05. The groundwater is still so warm, I couldn't get it chilled below 80 degrees so I just dumped it in and hoped for the best. There's not as much airlock activity as I was expecting, but I can see a kreusen ring in the fermenter, so it's evidently active.
On Tap:
Irreplaceable Pale Ale
On Deck:

Fermenting
Black IPA
Planning
Irish Red Ale

I brewed my 5 gallons of Blackstrap Stout last week and transferred to the keg yesterday on top of 3 oz. of Blackstrap Molasses to kick-start the carbonation. I used a single package of US-05 and had incredible airlock activity for 3 solid days before it settled down. We'll see how it is a week from now...

I am considering the same. I'm currently steeping cocoa nibs for another few days and I will decide then. We should at the very least do a side by side. :rockin:
Kegged: El Dorado IPA, Rocketfuel 2.0, Wet Hopped Pale, Ryrish Red, Marzen, BN Exchange Dunkel, BN Exchange NEIPA, Lies Lies Lies - Citra <0.5% ale
Fermenting: NZ Pilsner with Enigma, Strawberry brett cider

Brewed up some German-esque beer that sort of defies categorization. 2B, maybe.
