Thanks man - but I'm in Moncton I'll probably pick some up at the Home Depot sometine and put the jacket on the longer-term to-do project list.

Today's project might be to try and make my own belgian candi syrup (gotta find some food-grade lye somewhere), and I might brew a heady topper clone later too.

Brewed a Citra IPA yesterday and brewing a NEIPA today.

Brewing a lager. 2 row, Munich, Carafoam, Magnum, Tettnanger, Hallertauer Hersbrucker, and Escarpment Labs Biergarten yeast.

Brewed up a porter yesterday.

Taking my first crack at a NEIPA. Brewed it on sunday and it is bubbling away. Lots of hop material made it into the fermenter from the grainfather so hopefully I dont get any grassy flavors. First dry hop tomorrow.

Brewed a West Coast style IPA today. First time using Simcoe hops.

Brewing a Citra Pale Ale and have a hefeweizen in the works for this weekend!
