Just for fun I'm rebrewing the first all grain beer I ever did. It was an IPA based on the Garrison IPA back when it was winning beer of the year in 2008ish. I remember thinking it was pretty good but it's got way more crystal 60 than I'd ever use today lol

If I understand it was originally dirty...not filthy dirty but dirty...

Haha no this way predates that one.

Brewing an Irish Ale today.

I kegged an experimental White Stout yesterday. The grain bill was mostly 2 row pale, with Vienna malt, flaked oats, aromatic malt and cacao nibs. It was the highest gravity beer I've brewed yet, coming in at 1.076 OG and fermenting all the way down to 1.022. I used Pacific Ale Yeast from White Labs in a starter of cane sugar. After the primary was finished in a week I 'dry-hopped' it with a cup of French Vanilla coffee beans for a 2nd week. I've got it on the gas now at 11 psi and I'll let you all know next week how it's turned out.

Threw something together with stuff I had lying around from various sources. 2-row, crystal light, flaked wheat, Columbus hops, Mangrove Jack M54. It'll be beer.
