Brewed a Kolsch today. Pils malt, Vienna, Munich I, Hallertauer, and WLP029.

Currently brewing an all sorts ale. 3 year old LME from Everwood, 3 year old poorly stored hops topped up with 4kg of 2 row and maybe a bit of newer cascade pellets to dry hop with. No expectations for this one.... Used way too much strike water and already was pretty close to a stuck Mash (could hear the bubbles rising in the Grainfather).

brewing our "farmhouse IPA" today - basically NEIPA grain+hops but fermented with saison yeast and three strains of brettanomyces.

I’ve been on a roll brewing the past 3 days trying to get all the wedding beers knocked out. Day 1- Honey Brown Ale, Day 2- Ordinary Bitter and today I tried my first Heady Topper Clone! One beer left to brew which is for my commercial beer (or water) drinkers haha!

I added Brett Brux and oak to my Old Ale a couple of weeks ago and this pellicle bloomed since the last few days.
