Fermentations Gone Wild

Post by Jason » Sun Nov 28, 2010 6:56 pm

I have about a gallon of American Wheat in a three gallon carboy that was made in early August. Leftovers from a 10 gallon batch that I just set aside and never bothered to bottle/keg.

It's been wild for a while, with some degree of pedicle. Think it may be drinkable in a few more months should the pedicle ever drop? Will it just be nasty? I'm not familiar with what's floating around the air here.

Good question as to whether it will be good or not. I've never tasted a wild Nova Scotia brew.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
