Fermentations Gone Wild

I have about a gallon of American Wheat in a three gallon carboy that was made in early August. Leftovers from a 10 gallon batch that I just set aside and never bothered to bottle/keg.
It's been wild for a while, with some degree of pedicle. Think it may be drinkable in a few more months should the pedicle ever drop? Will it just be nasty? I'm not familiar with what's floating around the air here.
