I recently picked up 2 of the 30L Clearview buckets full of RO water from CTC in Bayer's Lake.
Brewing plans changed and I didn't brew when I thought.
I bought it on Apr 10. Plan to brew this weekend, the 21st.
Is there any harm in RO water being stored in a Clearview bucket for 11 days before brewing? Or am I not thinking clearly?
They are stored in my basement, it is dark and about 19C.
This is my first time using RO water, and therefore water additions.
Thanks.
Ryan

Stuff like algae can grow in water but the risk is pretty low. I would taste it before brewing and see if it picked up any weird flavours. If not then I would use it.

Thanks for the info, sounds like it should be OK. I'll give it a taste first though.
