Is there such a thing as small batch kits? Just getting into home brewing (2 festabrew kits so far). I'd love to have some variety in my collection, but I really don't need 23 litres at a time. Plus I'd have to get a bunch more bottles. So, is there a way to brew something smaller? A half size kit would be a great option, if it's available.

Everwood does 1 gallon kits... they are extract with steeping grain kits.
