Just got a call from HFX water. They're calling around to all the breweries to let everybody know that the PH is going to drop to "somewhere between 5.7-6" instead of the regular 7.2-7.4.
Just a heads up if you're planning any brews. They said it should be back to normal in the next 3-4days.

Thanks. Did they give a reason? I'm wondering if this is due to their water treatment or an environmental effect.

They were pretty tight on info. Said it was an equipment upgrade.
