Noble grape Festabrew sale

Post by RobD » Thu Oct 27, 2011 4:08 pm

FYI.

Noble Grape are currently offering 10% off on Festabrew kits. A colleague of mine told me today that he dropped in this week to pick a couple up, and he had the Brewnoser discount applied on top of the sale price, so it's a total of 20% off. Pretty decent deal if you're brewing Festabrew!

The sale runs until this Saturday (29th).

Rest of the anniversary deals are here: http://www.noblegrape.ca/newsletters/Fall-2011.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Let me add, that from my experience in the past the have offered a quality Wort which has resulted in very good / great beers. And If you want, dry hopping them can expand the possibilities, and beyond if you want take a portion of the wort in your stainless pot and whip up a partial boil and blast some nice aromatic hops in the end of that and you can come up with some nice creations without all graining it. IMO festa brew has a quality wort product.
Cheers

new to the forum, but there is a brewnoser discount?

They are also having a sale on "beer starter kits" which I assume will be almost like there wine starter kits, but with a festa brew.

All locations in HRM as far as I know. Just tell them you're part of the "brewnoser" group, and they'll add it to your account. When you provide your phone number the next time you make a purchase, the 10% is discounted automatically.

Please note.. if you shop at more than one location, you have to have this set up at each store. Account information is not shared between the stores.

I've been told that it's limited to things such as grains & hops, but if it applies to festa brew & parts that'd be awesome too. Festas are handy if you can't get enough brew days in before school starts up again!
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

I've been able to get the discount on everything in the store that I've bought since telling them of the discount. Beer & wine kits, keg parts, misc ingredients, thermometers..etc

Cool. That's pretty unusual - most retailers won't multiply discounts, so kudos to Noble Grape.

The Brewnoser discount doesn't get mentioned enough - first person to say hi to a newbie who's introducing him (or her)self here, should remember to mention it.

btw, RobD, they don't actually share those phone numbers around, so if you go to multiple stores you need to mention you're a Brewnoser at each one. Small price to pay, when I can hardly get in and out of the NG for under $100 (minus a 10% discount!) - and yes, I've got the discount on everything (too bad I didn't know about it when I bought my kegging system...)
Currently on tap: Whiter Shade of Pale!
In keg: .
In Primary: Nothing

This is GREAT news
I brew using kits only (perhaps that will change this time around)
But I bought a good 50 or so kits in the last few years never knowing of a discount
and now I am set to start rebuilding my system
a 10% discount could help considerably
On Tap @ Boxwood Brewing
Tap 1 - Vanilla Blonde
Tap 2 - Apple Cider
Tap 3 - My First Stout
Tap 4 -

Conditioning
Mike's Best Bitter

Didn't know about this, glad to hear it.
Us newcomers to this knowledge should make sure to respect whatever deal our Brewnoser overlords have made with the NG guys.

Thanks!
