Looking to make a brew with 98% pils malt and 2% Munich. I want to give k97 a try. Any feedback about the yeast would be great.

Got a pack myself...haven’t used it but a Kolsch style yeast...Fermentis dry yeasts work well if kept within the parameters. Keep me apprised as you’re walking point...

Great yeast. I split a brick with amartin once.

IIRC it's a bit powdery WRT attenuation and produces a bit of sulphur. Just give it time to gas off the sulphur and clear a bit.

You can play with the fermentation temps to be clean or give a bit of a fruity white wine character / kolsch profile.
