Wicked. Is that power supply acting as a rheostat or something?

It is a variable transformer, which is something like a rheostat but not really the same. The rheostat is a resistor, whereas the variac is a transformer.

We need a drool emoticon!
Looking great. I assume you were using the recently redesigned hop-stopper in the BK? Was this an all whole-hop beer? Looked pretty clear in the carboy.
Is that surgical tubing from BK to chiller to pump to BK/carboy?
Love the setup. I need to make myself a nice carboy cleaner. Is that driven by a pump or garden hose?

Yup, that's the new hop-stopper, which I am very pleased with. It was a mix of pellets and leaf, but mainly leaf.

The tubing is silicone. Probably sourced from dairy supply company. I got it from Morebeer a while back. It's great stuff. Not cheap, but worth the money.

The washer can be driven either way, which is great, because I can fill the bucket with caustic and drop in a sump pump, and then rinse with the garden hose.
