Recommend a wine from Noble Grape (or elsewhere?)

Post by Jason » Mon Dec 06, 2010 9:36 pm

Anyone have any preferences/recommendations?

I don't drink very much wine (I'm just finishing a kit I made 2.5 years ago, the Lodi 11 Cab Sav) but I do like to have a nice, full-bodied red around for some occasions.

I'm perfectly happy to let things age, and don't mind their expensive options as the per bottle price still seems reasonable. Any difference with the crushendo varieties?

Or think my money is better spent elsewhere?

I am just bottling one of the kits with the skin packs. It is the 5 gallon type Ken Ridge. I have high hopes for this one. When it was on sale, I thought it was worth the money.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
