Water Profile (Fredericton)

Hey guys,

Very new to the homebrew world - just moved to a new place, and had a water chemistry profile done. To be honest, the tap water smells a bit like sulphur so it's a bit of a turn off, but my profile is here:

Would you guys brew with this water? Will the sulphur smell boil out at any stage of my beer, or should I continue to buy my local water bottles that I used to brewing previously? It tastes pretty crisp from previous brews. If it matters i'm entering all grain, and prefer IPAs, but am experimenting with a few things.

Cheers!

Do you notice the sulphur smell after running the hot water, cold water or both? I turned down my hot water heater to save energy in my previous home and noticed the sulphur smell. Once I turned it back up to the factory setting the smell went away. This was well water. When it comes to water there are 2 common schools of thought. Some use RO water and build up the water profile as desired. One of the others is to use what you have (which I prefer) as I don't like to pay for water. Sometimes this isn't a good idea but my well water has worked well for me using Lactic Acid to adjust the mash Ph. Your PH is high as well so in most cases depending on your grain bill you will need to use lactic or other acids to adjust it to proper range. I have found online calculators like brewers friend advanced water calculator and https://sites.google.com/site/brunwater/ to be a huge help. Check them out and it will help you make the decision that's best for you. :cheers2:
