Anybody know a place to get these in town? I believe Everwood had them, but that doesn't seem to be an option at the moment.

For outside of the keg posts? For ball lock those rings are 5/8 OD x 7/16 ID. I got some from NG a couple of weeks ago.

Right, sorry. I think those are 13/16 OD x 9/16 ID, #207. Maybe try Fastenal.

There's a place called NorthEast Equipment at 135 Joseph Zatzman drive, I've gone there for specialized plumbing supplies before. They might have them.
