Anybody use escarpment labs Jotunn yet ?

Wanting to brew a saison this weekend with this yeast. I know it's not traditional but I have lots of fruity american hops that I'd like to use
Kegged - Cold IPA, NEIPA, Fieldberry Wheat, Dark Abbey Ale, Apple Pear Cider, American Lager, American Stout, Belgian Wit

I haven't yet but it's probably next on my list. I've used it in a mixed ferm/sour thing which I've been liking so far. Definitely seems to have kept some of the kveik qualities from its lineage in that it drops pretty quick and very clear. I like having a saison on the go for summer so it'll be interesting to see how it is in something where the flavour profile is a bit more front and center.

I'm gonna go for it, 85% german pilsner, 7.5% munich, 7.5% wheat. 7% ish abv , 30 ibu , Mosaic and Azacca for hops
