Forgot starsan when I kegged
Anyone else ever forget the starsan before kegging?
I cleaned with pbw, rinsed well, filled an in keg.
Should I be too worried? It'll be cold in a couple hours

It’s in the fridge, I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve gone as far as to not even rinse so as to keep it full of CO2 for hoppier beers.

Re: Forgot starsan when I kegged
I would be a bit nervous about my well water - but on city water I think you'd be fine -- even on my well water it'd be on my mind, but I doubt anything would happen. And now that it's cold nothing will grow, at least not for a long time, I think you're in the clear.
When my kegs are cleaned and rinsed, I then put starsan in them, pressurize, and then pour a little out the tap, but leave the rest in. At kegging time I use a picnic tap to purge the rest of the starsan, and the open the hatch and fill. This way I have a sanitized keg which is nice and saturated with co2 to minimize risk of oxidation.
I like to clean a bunch of kegs at once and then leave them in the garage so that I don't have to clean kegs at kegging time.

Should be fine. pH + alcohol of finished beer will ward of some baddies. Add low temp and the risks are very low. With that If anything does propagate it will be slow so enjoy it fresh

I’m sure it’ll be fine. I’d drink it up over the next month or so.
