Pretty good read so far...lots of great information...and looking forward to putting it to good use. I never would have thought that when I started brewing a few years back that I would be geeking out on yeast...

Has anyone else read this book?

I have LD's copy and have read much of it. Awesome. I'm a junior mycologist.
