I need to use your mill

Post by KMcK » Thu Mar 08, 2012 10:00 pm

I intended to brew today in the glorious weather we had but my prototype grain mill (Mark I) didn't work out as hoped. Mark II won't be ready for trials for a while but I'd still like to brew this weekend, so is anyone in Halifax available for me to come over and do a bit of milling some time soon?

The Paderno is at the heart of both. The hopper design is in transition. Without that it could it take hours to grind enough grain for a brew.
