Magnetic Yeast ?

Should make settling yeast easier.

Cute. It looks like somebody took a bunch of grant money just so that they could make yeast cells make Smileys. Perhaps I'm getting a too high-level view :-)

:lol: That's funny! I read the text on my phone so I didn't see the image until now - haha. This research seems worthwhile to the brewing world but you're right, many grants go to pointless research. :cheers:

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is important research, but the 12 year old in me (who's never far from the surface) immediately saw the Smileys
