I've been following this concept for some time, looks like these guys are finally ready to start selling. Price is a bit steep though.

Intriguing concept, but with spending less then $20 per batch and the low chance of contamination while taking a reading during fermentation, I'll stick to my current conventional and free methods.

It would be cool to be able to graph the rate of fermentation vs pitching rate or maybe starting gravity. I would love to see those numbers, but I'm sure they are on the web somewhere for much less then 300 bucks
