Wowzers! I try to use as little plastic as possible when brewing. Just don't trust the stuff....the beer is killing enough brain cells as it is :drunk:
Currently At Brookland Brewing, Sydney, NS:
In Kegs: Four Seas IPA, Belgian Witbier
In Carboys: Ordinary Bitter (Bitter Bonnette)
Bottled:
Next Brew: California Lager.

Son of a bitch. I guess we'll try that again.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I can probably scrape up the powder and just chuck it in water. I bet that will still be potent!

I did this exact same thing with peracetic acid years ago. It was something like 90% pure too. Had to leave the house for a day to air it out!

Just meant that plastic degrades......not as much as what caustic will do to it but still degrades.

Be careful with that stuff. I've seen some nasty caustic burns.
