I can also vouch for this meter. It's an important part of every brew day now.

I too can vouch for them and they've proved to be very accurate. I have two of them and they've become both an easy and vital way for me to measure my water. Love them and IMHO you can't beat them for the price.

I can also vouch for their accuracy, tried filling 3 vessels of different sizes and it was accurate in all 3, pop bottle (710 ml), bottling bucket (5 gal) and my kettle (9 gal).

Just be careful with it, I ruined mine by leaving it in a puddle overnight, need to get me a new one.

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH

Bringing this thread back from the dead. I'm planning on getting one of these this weekend - the price is now $19.50. I don't have any markings on my 30 gallon pots so this should help.

I finally gave the meter a try and it seems to be off by about 50%. Has anyone else had problems? Mine's mounted at about a 45 degree angle but I can't see that making a difference.
