Rob, legs are exactly 13.5 CMs in diameter.

I think you measured something else. They look 1.5"-2" from here.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

LOL, don't mind me.....it's been a long day with the kids. Legs are just a shade less than 1.75".

Sit it on the cross member behind the front leg maybe, and attach it to the front leg with cable ties. The hose connection points could also straddle the front leg and point forwards for more stability. Maybe that’s not where you want it to be. Tricky one.

...attach a piece of steel, rod, wire etc at each end running diagonally from the left rear leg to the right front leg, high up, just under the sink and fasten the chiller to that.

...or a right angle piece of steel attached to one of the legs, like a yardarm, and hang the chiller on that.

I was originally going to purchase an upright freezer or a pepsi/coke fridge to put my Brite tank in for chilling, but thanks to Nash providing me with one of his contacts, I purchased this bad boy instead. Much much better solution than a fridge and a helluva lot more scalable as well. :headbang:

That's my goal, Chris. I just have my IRA left to brew and I'll be all set to submit samples to ANBL. :)

Patrice from Acadie had a great Idea of a NB tap takeover at Stillwell. That would be great.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Our breweries need to take over our own taps before we start conquering next door! ;) But it is a great idea. I'd try to come down for that... X)

it would be a great event with Hammond River, Acadie,Grimross, Shiretown, Red Rover, Rail Car, Big Tide, Picaroons, Pumphouse, and any others that I'm missing.

It's coming along Mark, albeit slower than I'd like. I'm still getting used to this system and tweaking my recipes accordingly. I haven't been completely happy with some of the batches that I've made and don't want to rush anything until I get things nailed down.

That's right! When I go to the Boar, I make a point of asking for Celtic.

I was sent a sneak peak of my custom tap handles today. They are made from Cocobolo wood and were made by the same person in Halifax that made Jimmy's custom espresso tamper a few months ago. I'm receiving them tomorrow, and from the pic, they look pretty darn sweet.
