Is that nitro, or a mix of nitro/c02? Looks delicious.

IIRC, Nash's taps at the H&T are N/CO2 mix.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

The first sweet stout I've brewed. Turned out pretty well, but could probably do with a couple more ounces of chocolate malt next time around for a bit more roastiness.

Ahh. I was hoping someone else was interested in brewing in caves. Incidentally I googled BeeCave Brewery and came across the TMG Blog.

Yes, that's what I meant. It's on the first page of Google for BeeCave Brewery so you must be doing something right.

Ed's recipes are solid, and usually very economical! I've made several of his beers with slight modifications and they've always been very good.

I've made is hefe, IPA, and Pale ale numerous times.

Thanks, Moxie. It looks kind of like I did, doesn't it, but I just used the same great little workhorse pocket Canon I use for 95% of all my pics. I have a T1i, but don't use it for beer pics indoors as I find the colours wash out (weird).
