Technically not done carbing, but I snuck an early bottle of my Clusterfuck IPA for quality control purposes

From my second batch ever... Dave's extract American IPA with a small tweak to the hop schedule. It's a bit on the sweet side, but I really like it and as you can see it gives great head :)

Supper at Stone Brewing Co. In Liberty Station San Diego California. Kind of a beer geeks dream come true. Duck tacos for supper and I had eight samples including such hits as Russian River's Pliny the Elder, Stone's Arrogant Bastard and Heratic's Petite Rouge.

Gahan Pub Pumpkin Ale for lunch today. Bartender claims the rim is 2 parts brown and white sugar with 1 part cinnamon and nutmeg. Very festive and quite tasty.

I not have a ny recpies etc, but I know many peoples in polish craft breweries who working as a brewer and I dont see a problem make contact :)
few polish craft breweries make colabroations beer with another craf breweries in Europe (for example with Norway micro, or Ireland).
