Under carbed
So, I brewed what I hoped would be an amazing Irish stout. During the hustle and bustle of bottling, I managed to screw up the amount of priming sugar (2oz vs 4oz) I put in the batch. So the beer itself is tasty as hell, just undercarbed.
Is there anything I can do to add more carbonation post bottling? Brew has been in the bottle for about 2 weeks now.
Cheers,

Pop the top and add some sugar and recap would be your real only option.

Re: Under carbed
If it's tasting good, I'd drink it and learn from the mistake.
You could try to add more sugar but it would be a bit of a long shot to dial in the carb level you're looking for. Use it as an excuse to brew that recipe again!

^^ I'm with Jeff. If it's tasting good, I wouldn't screw with it. You could try overly-warming some bottles up to see how carbed it could get, or pop some carb tabs in a few bottles, but I'd chalk this up as a learning opportunity.

Re: Under carbed
I use a child's medicine syringe to draw up some of the beer and some air and then shoot it back into the stout. It does the cascade thing and then I am left with a mostly flat beer with a thick head on top. Just like guiness. Works better with a beer that is lightly carbed in the first place.

I'd give it more than two weeks to fully carb up. I've seen batches take about 3 weeks or more to fully carbonate. I'm with the other folks though, drink this one and learn for next time. However, if you **edit** want to add more carbonation to your already bottled beer **end edit** I would use carb tabs and not regular sugar. The sugar would act as sites for nucleation and it could cause a foamy mess.

If you are determined, you could carbonate in a 2L pop bottle with a carbonator cap. I used to do that with festa brew at bottling time when I started brewing, so I'd have a few litres to drink right away.
