Seems like they are dropping like flies.. place off in Tantallon used to carry them, they closed up shop.. and there was a place in Lwr Sackville too but they are now a Noble Grape (aka.. carry Festabrew). I just want to brew a simple Pale Ale for a cottage party with some 'non homebrew' buddies. So needs to be pretty mild in flavour. I'd make an extract version but I really need to get it going an evening this week (and don't have the time to do an extract). Maritime Brewing in the hydrostone does carry them but they are all out of Pale Ale (I don't want a honey brown or something else crazy light.. I'm compromising on the Pale Ale as it is, ha).

Any suggestions on where to get one of these?

That's a tough one, I'll look today when I'm out, we have beer store down here that might just have them.

Cool, Thanks! Didn't know they existed, and they have much better hours than my other options.

Though I was almost just going to make up an extract recipe.. but this will save me some time to do other stuff!

I think the wine kitz store on lacewood in back of the sobey's has them too.
