I'm looking at ordering some 30 gallon tanks, obviously, freight is a function on the number ordered.

You might want to look into other companies. I ordered a 30 gallon inductor tank from Valox in Fredericton and just had someone mule it here for me. Here were their prices

Got the quote back from Valox for the 30 Ga @ $380 including the stand ($224) plus shipping from BC.

Place in Texas has inductors at $110 US, will keep digging.
