Post by jason.loxton » Tue Jun 21, 2011 11:07 am

Anyone have a beer gun that I could try out either this weekend or during next week?

Let me know...

Jason

Sounds like something one of the Spryfield boys would have.

Also, if anybody would ever like to try a Melvico, I have one.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I use the same as in the HBT forum, except no bung/stopper. Just a racking cane shoved into a picnic tap. You want to be capping on foam (ie, foam is seeping out the bottle), to ensure all air (as much as physically possible) is removed from the bottle. And remember to keep the bottles cold beforehand to reduce excessive foaming.
